This last completed project was the third large project which was completed by Nova Construction Pro for us. We had significant work in our crawl space which included, amongst other things, 17 joists, a masonry lintel, and floor repairs. The second was a French drain for our flooding back yard. Most recently it was wall and ceiling structural and cosmetic repairs. I do not hesitate to call Ram every time I need work done because I know it will be done well and priced reasonably. Every time things were discovered which ware not planned for or else things were not as bad as we guessed when the estimate was made, as tends to happen when opening up walls and floors, and always the project scope and cost was reasonably amended. This is one of the primary reasons I like working with Ram. I trust that things will get satisfactorily resolved by the conclusion of the project and I have been happy with the result every time.

I commend NOVA Construction Pro and owner Ram ***** for his and his crews knowledge, can-do attitude, and exquisite craftsmanship. I used them between October-August 2024 on the following major projects: deck rebuild and improvement + retaining walls for expanded external storage; foundation repair with advanced epoxy for large expanding and leaking horizontal cracks due to earthquake + associated stoop repair/exterior and interior foundation waterproofing (mature landscaping gently removed then replanted without damage); restoration, carpentry, drywall + painting of large basement closet and glassed in book shelves to match existing bookshelves after flooding from burst pipes; replacement of basement carpet with ~1000 sqf of LVP flooring and martching stairs; repair of tiled floor and replacement of an egress French door in basement. The lead deck ********* and his partner are exceptionally skilled and carefultheir work is simply beautiful. They salvaged the original infrastructure including imported teak screening then completely redid the 1000 sqf deck with premium mineralized composite decking, new vinyl and aluminum railings and stairs + installation of Trex Rain Escape with gutters, soffits, stopping all water damage near house. Excavation under the deck created new storage with engineer-designed long concrete retaining walls and a concrete floor with drainage that were permitted without problem and stopped problematic erosion. The lead basement ********* was also painstakingly precise and experienced and multi-skilled. The hard work and kind/thoughtful attitudes of these carpenters and their teams made all the difference. *** is a pleasure--innovative in design, pragmatically solution oriented, and very responsive to all manner of questions and requests. He remains positively involved throughout project lives and brings them in at estimate. As the neighbors watched the work being done, we received many compliments and requests for referrals.

We were faced with a very difficult problem of having water accumulate on our garage floor every time it rained. There were cracks inside the garage floor, and there was the obvious and very expensive solution of ripping apart the whole floor and re-doing the whole thing. Nova Construction came up with a very innovative and cost saving idea of keeping the water away from this area; as they worked through it, they located several cracks that they repaired. The work was done within a day, following which we have several days of rain. The garage has remained dry since, affirming the success of their idea and workmanship. Their final bill was less than their initial estimate since they did skip one of the steps. We are very happy with Nova, and plan to use them for our future work.
